MAYAMANA Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. Just let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been removed from their cellophane wrapping.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and issue an exchange or refund. Refunds may take longer than 14 days to appear in your account due to your card provider's processing times. If you haven’t heard from us after 14 days, please reach out with your tracking information and order number.

The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as we can’t provide refunds or exchanges for lost parcels.
