Orders

Placing an order, in any form, does not create a contract of sale with us until we dispatch the goods to you.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt and are shipped on standard delivery service. Express Orders received before 15:00pm are shipped same day via an expedited RM service and may require a signature. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed shipping.

Payments

Payments are taken via our website provider’s secure payment gateway and we do not collect or hold any of your payment information.

Faults

Every care has been taken to create products of the finest quality, however If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. If you can, please include some photos of the issue and we’ll work quickly to resolve the problem for you. We can't be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the products.

Legal

Our sales contracts are governed by English law. Our liability is limited to the original price of the goods. We cannot accept liability for any injury or negative effects from using our products.

By placing an order with MAYAMANA you agree to our terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

If we don’t strictly enforce any part of these terms and conditions, it doesn’t mean we’re waiving our rights.
